The Vaccination and Adverse Reaction Recording Capability enables the recording of COVID-19 vaccination and adverse reaction data at the point of care. The Capability also supports the delivery of this data to the Patient’s registered GP Practice Foundation Solution and to NHS Digital.

eVacc requires no deployment onsite as the application is 100% web-based. The onboarding activities can be progressed at the rate required by the vaccination setting which can range from just 1 – 5 days. Training materials are freely available and have been designed in such a way that users can review and be actively using the application within a matter of minutes.

eVacc is a public cloud-hosted application within Amazon Web Services that does not require access to HSCN. All hosting is within the UK and utilises a 3 zone resilient deployment to ensure that application remains highly available and scalable. eVacc enables internet connected users to easily login, register a patient and progress through the vaccination workflows alongside the ability to access reporting dashboards to keep track of vaccination events undertaken.
Eva’s immediate priority is to optimize eVacc to provide an optimized, scaled, one-stop vaccination solution. Our long-term goal is to become the software-of-choice for the new ICS / PCN reality, spearheading a more collaborative and interoperable future between care settings, optimized shared record viewers, bookings, referrals, storage, video software etc. From our unique technological foundations, we are working closely with our clinical partners to understand priorities; our partner programme encompasses focus groups, learning sessions and product testing with partner GPs and clinicians, domain experts, AHPs and clinic managers. Together we can quickly iterate multiple versions of design and features in our mock-up/ visualisation solution before we commit to code.
