OX.wr is one component of OX.Digital Health's (OX.DH) suite of solutions that focuses on fully integrated digital waiting room capabilities, virtual consultations, patient communication and much more, empowering healthcare organisations to offer a range of accessible services to patients. It has been engineered to be available through a client’s own Microsoft (MS) tenant or via an OX.DH managed tenant to leverage the MS environment for authentication, licenses, security policies and capacity. This includes integration with emails and calendars, using Dynamics 365 to provide backup and functionality associate with MS Teams and enables file sharing via Sharepoint, Azure and OneNote. OX.wr is a usage-based solution with an optional Business as Usual (BAU) service within the Microsoft Azure cloud environment.

Summary

OX.wr is a usage-based solution with an optional Business as Usual (BAU) service within the Microsoft Azure public cloud. The benefits of OX.DH are that all horizontal components and vertical solutions are built on the Microsoft Azure stack meaning clients do not need to acquire or deploy dedicated hardware or software. OX.DH components such as OX.wr have been engineered to be available via Client MS tenant or OX.DH managed tenant. The solution is geofenced in the UK and can be ring fenced.
