CheckUp Health offers a convenient complete digital solution with inbuilt flexible functionality that is effective in helping organisations improve patient outcomes. Online Consultation platform can be configured to meet each practice requirement. Patients can submit non-urgent queries and requests to their practice online, removing the need to call up and spend time waiting on the phone. Requests arrive in the CheckUp Health triage list and can be responded to in real time by practice administrators and has automated response which directs them to the appropriate care pathway (for example, if it's urgent, they are directed to contact 111, A&E) within the right time frame based on symptoms/condition. If it's a non-urgent requirement, patients can book appointments and have online remote consultations at a time that suits them.
