Description

Summary

Dr. iQ is an app-based communication system designed to provide fast, safe and effective online and video consultation capabilities.

Full description

Dr. iQ allows communication between GP practices and patients, allowing patients to access online and video consultations and undertake self-service items such as downloading sick notes, referral information and general information based on their primary complaint. Dr. iQ provides a “digital front door” for patients with low-acuity clinical needs and administrative requests. It should be utilised by patients that are registered with an NHS GP practice and in instances where a physical visit to the GP practice is not practical for their personal circumstances or is a preferred personal method to resolve their clinical needs.
