Implementation timescales

These are the typical processes and timescales to implement this Catalogue Solution:
We offer business continuity for our clients and provide effective end-to-end service management. Critical to Wellola is ensuring a 24x7x365 service without interruption delivered in a manner that minimises unplanned interruptions for our customers. Wellola is cloud-based; there is no need for installation or uploading of our software on to a hardware device. Following the contract phase, implementation is triggered when a healthcare provider (e.g. primary or secondary care facility) creates and populates their organisation details in an account within Wellola. This offers access to our solution from within their existing Electronic Record System. Patients can then access the patient-facing portal from the healthcare provider’s own site (where secure communication is then handled).

Roadmap

These are the supplier’s development plans for this Catalogue Solution:
Where digital tools are utilised to support preventative and community based models of care, it is vital that we make these tools accessible to those who avail of our healthcare services the most - the less able-bodied, the older adult, the chronically unwell. Our solution is accessible, modularised and interoperable. As such it draws healthcare data from multiple Electronic Patient Record systems and displays it in a digestible manner for the patient. Wellola’s core focus over the coming 18-24 months is related to enhancing accessibility to our solution. We are working towards a more fully inclusive portal for those that are marginalised, less able-bodied or less technologically literate. Our roadmap includes using voice enablement, embedding a virtual assistant and other tools to optimise access to healthcare and increase healthcare equality.
