Summary

MJog Desktop GP Video Consultation Service (DGPVC) allows GPs and clinicians to make a video calls to their patients or carers, launched from a simple toolbar on their PC desktop. Patients or carers are invited to join the video call using a link delivered via an SMS text message.

DGPVC can be used in isolation or in conjunction with MJog’s wide range of patient communication and engagement services. DGPVC allows GPs and Clinicians to conduct two way, fully interactive patient communications over a number of communication channels including SMS, video call, or using MJog’s advanced Web Messaging Service. Using Web Messenger substantially reduces SMS communication costs, whilst increasing the volume and scope of rich interactive content delivered to patients, including the use of two-way file attachments.
