No downloads are required and additional features include instant location, translation, group consultations and recording. Used by 999,111, OOH services and primary and secondary care across the UK.

Over 8 years, GoodSAM has radically changed healthcare delivery in the urgent sector through crowdsourcing resuscitation, the 800,000 NHS Volunteer responder programme, major incident communications and advanced video triage and consultation systems. Working with most UK Ambulance services and some of the largest services in the world, GoodSAM brings cutting edge technology to improve patient care. GoodSAM Instant.Help video systems are fast requiring no downloads or patient log in. They provide advanced functionality – location, transcription, translation, vital sign assessment and can host group consultations. GoodSAM Monitoring also provides an online consultation system to triage and assess patients (e.g. with Covid). GoodSAM is used globally by some of the world’s largest emergency services and is integrated in many 111 and 999 services across the UK. Our core pillars are governance, security, collaboration, and innovation which we use to deliver the best for patient care.

GoodSAM systems do not require any new hardware and are cloud based, hence implementation can occur extremely rapidly (we have full installed an entire ambulance service in 1 day previously). Implementation can be as rapid or slow as the service user wishes, and we work with service users to ensure all governance steps (e.g. DCM0169) and technical requirements are checked off.
