myGP Triage is a solution integrated into the iPLATO platform and myGP app that helps GP practices provide patients with the option to send in a request via the myGP app for either admin, medical or repeat prescriptions issues. It allows practices to reduce the number of appointments and encourages patients to send in their requests via a message.

This Catalogue Solution has the following features that can help meet needs in primary care:
  • When myGP Triage has been enabled, access for patients is immediately reflected in the myGP app
  • Enable any combination of the following type of requests: Admin, medical, prescriptions
  • Incoming triage requests will be automatically coded into the patient record for EMIS or SystmOne
  • Triage requests will be handled through the myGP Connect inbox
  • Ability to manage workflow in the inbox, by marking each request has done
  • myGP Triage will flag when it’s not a suitable solution when patients exhibit emergency symptoms
  • Signposting to emergency services & 111 is apparent throughout myGP Triage where necessary
