Summary

Patient Triage allows patients to submit non-urgent queries and requests to their practice online, removing the need to call up and spend time waiting on the phone.

Full description

Patient Triage has been designed to be easy for patients to use so that patients are encouraged to go online, whilst also offering practices a way to review and triage requests quickly and efficiently and only offer appointments where required. Requests arrive in the accuRx inbox and can be saved and coded to the record with one click.
