Full description

Doctorlink offers a truly flexible single digital solution with inbuilt functionality that responds effectively to a mixed healthcare economy. Our Online Consultation platform can be configured to meet Practice and patient need at a local level, through a fully automated online assessment that safely triages patients and either: • directs them to the appropriate care pathway (e.g. GP Practice, community healthcare providers, urgent care, A&E, self-care) within the right timeframe based on symptoms/condition. Delivering tangible demand management benefits to Practices, directing patients to the correct endpoint without requiring practice intervention or • provides their Practice with a comprehensive report based on the completed assessment, so that their GP can decide on next steps (e.g. further triage, appointment, onward referral, self-care) and action within the timeframe indicated at the end of the online triage.
