Push Consult is our interop video consultation platform. Leveraging NHS integrations, we are able to offer a range of health & social care workers the ability to work remotely or from a tablet device with access to the full patient record and the ability to update the record electronically.

Full description

Consult remotely with your patients via video. Our web based app allows you to seamlessly connect to your patients with full read/write back to Patient medical records. Streamline your sessions with our invitation system, that allows you to specify appointment times or allow patients to book at a time that suits them. Our patient management system provides automated device checks, pre-appointment reminders and a virtual waiting room to reduce DNAs and ensure that your patient is ready to consult when you are. We operate a secure ID verification process for patient safeguarding, including integration with NHS Spine demographics service for accurate patient identification. Implementation timescales

These are the typical processes and timescales to implement this Catalogue Solution:
Typical timescales and activities for an implementation, addressing any differences when transitioning from another Solution. Upon signature of a contract between Push Doctor and the surgery/PCN/CCG, Push Doctor will begin the process of mobilising the Push Consult service. Initially, this will involve a video call with the practice staff and clinicians to introduce the service and provide a demonstration of the video platform (inclusive of both doctor and patient view points). This will then be followed up with a guidebook for the staff to use in future being distributed. Surgery set up will be conducted at Push Doctor to ensure that the clinicians and surgery are all set up on the Push Doctor partner portal and are able to invite patients without issue.

These are the supplier’s development plans for this Catalogue Solution:
Push Dr formally closed its doors to private patients in Jan 2020 to focus purely on helping the NHS deliver against commitments outlined in the NHS Long Term Plan. Our product roadmap is focused on providing a ‘standalone’ video consultation platform that integrates with core NHS systems. We have integrated with Spine Personal Demographic Service to enable us to find a Patient NHS Number and Practice information, GP Connect ‘HTML View Record’ and are expecting to launch GP Connect ‘Send Document’ imminently. Alongside this, we are in the final stages of NHS Login integration, GP Connect Appointment Booking and Electronic Prescribing Service (EPS) build. Once we have completed NHS Assurance for these integrations, we will be able to enhance the product to remove the need for smartcard access to extended hubs for video consultations.
