CheckUp Health offers a convenient complete digital solution with inbuilt flexible functionality that is effective in helping organisations improve patient outcomes. The video and online consultation platform can be configured to meet each practice requirement. Patients can submit non-urgent queries and requests to their practice online, removing the need to call and spend time waiting on the phone. Requests arrive in the CheckUp Health triage list and can be responded to in real time by practice staff. It has automated response which directs them to the appropriate care pathway (for example, if it's urgent, they are directed to contact 111 or go to A&E) within the right timeframe based on symptoms/condition. If it's a non-urgent query, patients can book appointments and have remote video consultations at a time that suits them.
