myGP Messaging is a two-way SMS messaging solution, improving appointment attendance and Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) performance. The solution’s flexibility enables a practice to conduct individual ad-hoc instant messaging through to bulk CCG-wide health campaigns, such as flu immunisation. Our solution spans the spectrum.

myGP Messaging is proven to reduce DNAs saving the NHS money and saving organisations time and effort, freeing up appointments for people who need them. Organisations can use myGP Messaging to send SMS reminders to groups of individuals to book clinic appointments, vaccinations, screenings or to gather patient information, such as smoking status. Practices are able to send automatic appointment reminders via the myGP platform. These appointment reminders can contain ‘trigger words’, which code directly into the patient’s medical record, meaning no input or action from practice staff is required. All messages are sent via SMS, unless the patient uses our patient facing app myGP – where the messages will be sent via data and so free of charge.
