The NHS Friends and Family Test is a survey aimed at helping service providers and commissioners capture feedback from patients on the services provided and identify where improvements are required. We recognise the extra burden on each practice’s administrative staff in trying to capture the required survey information from patients while adhering to the published NHS England guidelines.
