SystmOne Mobile Working provides clinicians with access to the information they need when they need it by supporting online and offline working. Secure communication via the internet enables use offsite (for example, at a patient's home). This provides staff with access to patient records at the point of care and the ability to record data directly into the patient record, avoiding unnecessary work on return to the GP practice. Staff can also book, cancel and reschedule their visits, as well as send and receive tasks to/from other staff. Within the patient record, the principal functionality of SystmOne is available, including access to coding browsers, templates, questionnaires and care plans. SystmOne Mobile Working can be used on a laptop or tablet, offering a touch screen-friendly way to access SystmOne. The Mobile Working solution continues to allow staff to perform key functions and access the patient record while offline, automatically syncing data when connectivity is restored.
