SystmOne Enhanced offers additional administrative and clinical support to promote higher standards of care, increase efficiency, and improve data quality - Document Management and Scanning: Tools include staff direction rules dependent on letter type and ability to assign document owners before seamlessly filing to patient records. Clinical Decision Support: Create protocols locally and share between organisations to standardise workflow. Workflow and Tasks: Tasks can link directly to patient records, initiate clinical or administrative action, and be used as an internal or external communication method. Cross-Organisation Management: Includes cross-organisation appointment booking, workflow management, and eRostering. eConsults: Clinicians in different care settings can seek and provide advice without the need for a full referral. Social Prescribing: Clinicians can refer to non-traditional care services and track patient progress. Dispensing: Supported by stock management and re-ordering tools. Medicines Verification allows dispensing practices to validate against the Falsified Medicines Directive database. Workload and Staff Management: From a caseload, appointments can be booked and customised data entry templates can be launched. The monthly planner and visit scheduling tools help staff allocation. Reception Toolkit: Supports self-check-in and patient call tools, display of configurable patient messages, multi-lingual options, and ability to direct patients around a service.
