accuRx Remote Consultations enables GP practices and patients to communicate with each other effectively, combining our patient triage and video tools into a single package. Patient triage has been designed to be easy for patients to use so they're encouraged to go online, whilst also offering practices a way to review and triage requests quickly and efficiently and only offer appointments where required. Requests arrive in the accuRx inbox and can be saved and coded to the record with one click. accuRx video consultations can be set up in just a couple of clicks with no app or account required for patients. Video consultations are valued by patients as an easy and convenient way to receive care where a visit to the practice is unnecessary or not possible.
