Training can be purchased for additional trainers that are added after implementation and go-live. This training is delivered online as a video link and includes additional digital training functionality to support remote training. These additional days of online training can only be purchased to train any new trainers not trained as part of implementation providing they are licenced users. This service is used solely in live operation. The contents of training are identical to that delivered as initial training. Users that undertake this training will be capable of using all features of the solution and, if required, manage the day-to-day operating of the solution and deliver training to additional users. There is no difference in the content of this training compared to the onsite training.

This is dependent on the Service Recipient. Where the customer is a CCG supporting a large turnover of staff and new starters across a wide area, many multiples of training may be required annually. For a small group of GPs, it is unlikely to require one session annually. Gnosoc expects most customers to have most users trained as part of the initial training. Training takes approximately 2 hours to complete. This is effectively banding of 1-5,6-10,11-15, 16-20 ad infinitum. For each band the charge increases £499.99, for example, 4 users = £499.99, 6 users = £999.98, 10 users = £999.98

Service Recipients can utilise Gnosco's panel services to provide specialist consultations when such resources are not available locally. Engaging panel services is free and will be scoped to your demand. Service Recipients only pay as you go per consultation.

This is dependent on the number and needs of local patients as well as the uptake and use of the platform. Once engaged the panel services will be scoped to meet a Service Recipients demand to ensure availability. Each request for clinical support will represent a chargeable consultation.

This is the initial basic training for all users to utilise the Dermicus Platform. Gnosco operate a 'Train the Trainer' approach. This training will familiarise all trainers with the platform and all functions of the solution and provide the tools to teach other users. This service covers all users designated as trainers at the point of call-off and is specific to implementation. By the end of training the trainers will be able to utilise all the functions of the platform and handle all day-to-day management of the solution as well as how to deliver training - no further training will be needed by any user undertaking this training. Trainers will be provided with all the necessary resources for their own training and delivery of training.

This service is only required and can only be used once at the point of call off. It shall cover all users listed at the point of go-live. Additional training for users added after implementation and go live is provided by the Additional Training Associated Services. Training normally takes two hours and can be delivered in groups of 5-10. Customers can have training delivered either onsite or online. The same level of training can be achieved with either option. example: a solution for 50 users at 7 sites would be charged as Tier 2 (≤10 sites). The number of users is inconsequential. Tiers are not cumulative, therefore the charge listed per tier is the full amount and requires no adjustment.
